Sign-ups are done and the thread is locked: http://theguiblog.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=44&func=view&catid=4&id=5865 To judge, just download all the GUIs that were submitted, test them and rate them from best to worst, your scale and how you determine which is better than another is up to you as a judge. Once you've ranked them, send me the results in a PM and once I have 3 separate ballots (including my own), or at 10AM EST on 1/1/10 I will announce based off what ballots I do have. I want to get the awards done today! That means that I need two more judges!
