ksr | recent stuffI am indeed still here, lurking. I moved to London in search of electricity but haven't much time for GUIage (plus we are using Pascal on the course..blarghargharfasdf). Just bought a Fujitsu Stylistic 3500 tablet PC off eBay. It's a bit of a relic but was cheap and I'll be able to make a cool touch-screen GUI for it. Any good ideas for that?
I'm also in the process of designing an APL-like (though without the crazy characters) language. More details soon. | 2009-12-12 | 9:41 PM |
Brandon | Re:recent stuffI'd look at the GUI, Ondin from GUI Awards last year, it would probably work decent on a tablet and if nothing else give you some ideas. | 2009-12-13 | 8:12 AM |
Todd | Re:recent stuffDSL/Puppy + Compiz/Beryl would look awesome! | 2009-12-13 | 9:28 AM |
Brandon | Re:recent stuffI'm assuming you were looking more for a FreeBASIC GUI project, but there is wNOP which is Puppy with Compiz in case you want to mess with Compiz :P | 2009-12-13 | 10:15 AM |
Todd | Re:recent stuffI wonder how well Compiz will run on my thin client. It runs on an AMD Geode (300 MHz) with a low-res 4 MB ATI graphics card. | 2009-12-13 | 12:09 PM |
Brandon | Re:recent stuffI doubt very well, I have a Celeron 1300Mhz with an Nvidia Geforce MX 4000 and it stuggles to run it at all. | 2009-12-13 | 12:53 PM |
