| Brandon | Why Im gona ditch MacOS XWhen I got my Mac, I got it because I thought MacOS was gonna be the best OS. Well it isn't.
First it uses as much RAM as Windows Vista and Finder is just as speedy as Microsoft Explorer.
Then, File associations don't work. I try to make all EXEs open with DOSBox and it defaults, I have to change it one at a time!!
And for some reason Linux doesn't like the MacBook, so Its either MacOS, a half working Linux, or Windows for me.
If I had a Linux supported PCMCIA card, I would be using my P3 Gateway Solo 5300, before Mac OS. | 2009-03-15 | 10:48 AM |

My file associations problem seems to be DOSBox related.

I mean Windows crashes but besides from poor programming, they don't put boundaries down for users (e.g. I could just delete all of Windows and it wouldn't stop me).
I just like an OS that doesn't tell me what I can and can't do all the time.
Ubuntu 9.04 is coming out next month? I guess it's about that time. For some odd reason, I thought 8.04 was out a little while ago but in reality it was a year ago. lol | 2009-03-15 | 11:52 AM |

Its called Windows Explorer/IE :)
Funny how 9.04 comes out in 4/09 :P
