| Brandon | Fun500 5: Day 3This is like a blog post for the day. Anyways I added a new color pref variable, that is used for the wallpaper, in case you don't use an image. In DOSBox its very fast, and even in basic usage it seems much fast this way. After that, on the the agenda was Dialogs, first simple About ones, and then File dialogs. I added a command called META where you input App name, version, and author, so if the user presses F1, it will be displayed. Then I set off to make file dialogs without using temp files, wasted a lot of time, and got nowhere. Now I figure, my GUI will be reading from the hard disk all the time, whats writing once in a while gonna do? So tomorrow I plan to make open and save dialogs.
In case you were wondering the release schedule is on my site, there's no dates just descriptions.
After the dialogs are done, I plan to release BETA2.
