Brandon | BrainstormingI've been thinking a little about what could be next for Fun500, and usually my thoughts end with the fact that it wouldn't actually be fun to write and no one would use it. So if there is a next version, a few things are definite: it'll be in QB, and it'll be something much different from what I've released before. | 2012-12-04 | 9:05 AM |

TheWalrus | Re:BrainstormingIt's never a waste of time if you enjoy what you're doing and can learn something from it that you could benefit from later. I always enjoyed working on Costa, and have had great benefits at work from the things i learned while making it. | 2012-12-19 | 1:44 PM |
RetroM | Re:Brainstorming@thewalrus, Yeah that is true, my favorite GUI project so far has been "Millennium OS 2011" mainly because it was written entirely by me from scratch. a lot of my previous GUIs "borrowed" other people's code for things like the control library and whatnot, so I learned quite a bit when writing that one.
@Jason, pessimism is what I'm best at :-p | 2012-12-19 | 4:51 PM |
