BrandonShould the Blog expand?
The current custom written version of the GUI Blog has been up and running for almost a year now. This weak-end I realized that most QBASIC sites haven't really been active since 2008 and WIn3.1 reference sites are dropping. The Blog, however is alive and well, but should it do more? We could expand so that all BASIC projects could be posted, or add a section on using DOS/Win3.1 today, other things could be a new look, or maybe things are fine the way they are, I'm really just looking for input on the Blog.

It could use some more articles.  Maybe some reference for GUI related programming topics.  I was thinking about writing something about my findings with mixing asm & qb and using interrupts or asm for various gui-related things like graphics and loading/managing files etc. if anyone's interested.

BrandonRe:Should the Blog expand?
As far as tutorials go, the Articles section is set-up for that, it's just there aren't a lot of good GUI tutorials, so I haven't added many.

(Off-topic @ Trolly: Your signature is huge, those bottom graphics aren't really meant for forums. http://brandoncornell.com/GA2009/2008.png is a replacement for the one.)

What if we had more topics to talk about too? I don't do much with GUIs anymore but maybe the site should have other areas of programming or boards for other discussions.

I agree with Todd. Turn it into a general programming forum.
