| TheWalrus | Costa BETA 0.9.9 on its wayI've been working on Costa from time to time, even though I've been as busy as I always am. The next version, 0.9.9, is mostly focused on improving the code and making it better, reducing memory and disk usage and any other optimization I've been able to think of. I'll also try to include more icons for some of the popular DOS games and programs - if you have any software you use frequently under DOS, let me know and I'll see about making an icon for it. I did find time to make a text viewer, though, so that Costa no longer depends on EDIT.COM for viewing the included documents. Accessories are pretty much all that stands betweeen the next release and the final release, I need more of them. Maybe I'll whip together that SDK I talked about ages ago, so that any of you guys could make an accessory if you wanted to. | 2010-10-05 | 11:17 AM |
