Brandon | Some ProgressToday the Fun500 6 base system was rewritten, this time with a more standard window manager. I had trouble getting Z-Ordering working properly, so it currently uses the same fake system I've used in the past. | 2010-04-09 | 9:27 PM |

Brandon | Re:Some ProgressNope, I tested on my 486 and my movable windows are pretty fast. When I got added the functionality to launch external EXEs, I realized that I need to be able to redraw application windows anyways (when you shell and EXE you go to screen 0) so I desided it wouldn't be hard at all to make movable windows. And with movable windows variable sizes are possible along with the ability to have more than 4 apps open at a time (currently the limit is coded at 10, probably it will be dynamic eventually, but redrawing 10 apps on a 386 would be somewhat slow) | 2010-04-10 | 8:43 AM |
Brandon | Some More ProgressI fixed my Z-Order routines!! Now I want to finish my menu system and then I'll upload Pre-Alpha 5. | 2010-04-10 | 11:53 AM |
