BrandonHawkeye on a 486
I have, in case you don't know, a AMD Am486-DX2 66Mhz with 12MB RAM.It has a 450MB HDD and a 4x CD-ROM. My dad brought it home from work because they upgraded. Anyways I finally today decided to mess with it and after incuragement from Murray, I tried the latest Fun500 Hawkeye Demo on it. It ran very well. I could get 800x600x16 on the integrated video with a couple scripts open and still have a few free MBs of RAM. I installed a Diamond Stealth 2001 Series card and could get 1024x768x16 but I could tell the Hz was down. I might try with another monitor later, but I think that with a few features I plan to add this week the kernel will be ready. Fun500 worked very very well!

Maybe have Fun500 support different graphics resolutions. I know my NEC Versa will only support 800x600 in VESA 1.2 but maybe you should also have it support 16 colors (if need be). It will make it more user-friendly and compatible. Just a suggestion...

That reminds me, I need to add 2,4, and 8 bit mode support. It should be pretty easy. Edit: It looks like FB ony supports 16 colors in 640x480. THIS IS POST 500!B)
